Thomas arrives late to the Maddox family dinner. He blames it on working late and needs to leave early again. The group decides to jump right into their regular poker game, inviting Abby to join them. She refuses but helps with snacks and drinks instead. After Abby beats the boys in poker, Mick and Thomas confront Abby about being Lucky 13. She admits she is and apologizes, but the rest of the boys are over the moon about having Lucky 13 in the house. They crowd around her to take pictures.
